Allie was born in 1974 at Arlington Hospital, VA and grew up in Annandale "Actiondale" VA. She went to J.E.B. Stuart High School in Falls Church, VA and went to Longwood College (sigh...memories of Farmville) for two years before transferring to Penn State University (Go Lions!), where she graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design, a B.A. in Advertising and a healthy college football appetite.

She currently works as the Print and Web Coordinator for Global Rights, an international human rights law group in Washington, D.C. She is also a freelance graphic designer, working with various local organizations.

In her spare time, she practices martial arts and is getting her M.F.A. in Visual Communications at the George Washington University.
