Kes "Smacky" Shaw was born around May 20, 2001 in Northern Virginia. Adopted by Steve and Allie through friends from Alexandria Animal Hospital, Kes purred and trilled her way into our hearts with her very large eyes and her endless curiosity.

Her hobbies include pouncing on her older sister, annoying her older sister, pouncing on mommy and daddy, sun-spot napping and slamming doors to get attention.

In her spare time, she practices sitting by her parents ears and waking them up by loudly smacking her lips together between the hours of 3 to 5 a.m.
